Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

The following shipping policy applies for orders delivered within Australia only.

Talens Australia offers FREE shipping on all orders of $100 or more.

For orders under $100 a flat rate shipping of $12.50 is available.

Item has special freight requirements. Additional freight charges apply.For orders including bulky, hazardous or flammable items a flat rate shipping charge of $25.00 applies.
Items requiring this special freight arrangement are marked with the caution symbol on the left. A note will also appear in the shopping cart on the relevant items. 

All shipments are offered as standard road freight. Talens Australia reserves the right to select a suitable carrier and service.

Please note that in most cases the deliveries will require a signature and therefore we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. If a delivery is missed a redelivery will be required which may incurr an addtional fee. We offer the option of marking the goods with Authroity to Leave which will avoid additional charges and allow the driver to leave the goods without a signature.

 

Shipping Times

Orders will be shipped from Melbourne within 2 working days. Shipping times will vary depending on the destination. The following is a guide only.

Perth/Darwin 7-10 working days

International Shipping

Talens Australia is only able to ship products within Australia. For international customers, please visit www.royaltalens.com to find a store in your country.

 

Returns

If you are missing an item from your order or any items are deemed to be faulty or incorrect, we will at the discression of Talens Australia either arrange a replacement or provide a refund.

Where goods are claimed to be faulty or incorrect, a return authorisation number is required. Stock cannot be returned without prior approval (including defective goods). Returns approval requests will only be processed if sought within 10 days of the date on invoice and all returns must have an approved return authorization number from Talens Australia prior to being returned (to report a return and obtain a return authorization number email sales@talens.com.au). Where approval is granted, stock must be returned in salable condition, in original packaging and with no markings.

Where a refund is provided, funds will be returned onto the credit card for which payment was made in the original transaction.
